Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, which is why we aim to make cancellations as simple and flexible as possible. You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pickup time.

1. Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time specified in your booking confirmation.
To cancel, simply use the "Cancel" button in your account or reply to your booking confirmation email.
We will confirm every cancellation by email.
2. Refunds and Cash Bookings
If you have chosen to pay in cash at vehicle pickup, no payment is collected before the vehicle is handed over, so there is nothing to refund—you may simply cancel your booking.
Once online payments become available:
- cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund within 5 business days
- cancellations made later may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one day's rental charge
3. No-Show
If you fail to arrive at the scheduled pickup time and do not contact us in advance, your booking will be marked as a No-Show.
Before doing so, we will make at least two attempts to contact you by phone or message.
Once a booking is marked as No-Show, the reserved dates will be released and made available to other customers.
4. Changes to Your Booking
If you would like to change your rental dates, pickup time, or pickup location, please contact us at info@yvncar.am.
Most booking changes can be processed immediately, subject to vehicle availability.
Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are reviewed at YVNCAR's discretion.
