Cancellation Policy

Plans change — ours can flex with yours. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

1. Free cancellation window

You can cancel a booking free of charge until 24 hours before the pickup time shown on your confirmation. Use the Cancel button in your account or reply to the confirmation email. We confirm every cancellation by email.

2. Refunds and cash bookings

Bookings paid in cash on pickup are not yet charged, so there is nothing to refund — you simply do not show up. Once online payment is live, cancellations inside the 24-hour window will receive a full refund within 5 working days; later cancellations may incur a fee equal to one day of rental.

3. No-show

If you do not arrive at the pickup time and do not contact us, the booking is marked as no-show. We try to call and message at least twice before this. After a no-show the dates are released for other guests.

4. Changing a booking

To change the dates, pickup time or location, write to hello@yvncar.am. Most changes can be made instantly subject to availability. Changes made fewer than 24 hours before pickup are at our discretion.
