This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and how long we keep it. It applies to bookings made on yvncar.am. The final version reviewed by an Armenian lawyer will be published before public launch and will reference applicable Armenian and EU regulations.
When you create an account we store your name, email, phone number and preferred language. When you book we add the dates, pickup location and any note you leave for our team. At pickup we take a photo of your driving licence and passport for the rental contract — these images are stored encrypted and removed after 30 days.
Your data is used to confirm bookings, deliver the vehicle, send transactional messages (confirmation, reminder, receipt) and answer your questions. We never share your data with advertisers and we do not run profiling on you.
You can export everything we hold about you from the profile page, and you can delete your account at any time. Past bookings are kept anonymously for legal accounting requirements. To request anything else, write to hello@yvncar.am.
