When you make a booking, we also collect:
- rental dates
- vehicle pickup location
- any notes you provide for our team
At the time of vehicle pickup, we take photographs of your driving licence and passport (or national ID card) for the purpose of preparing the rental agreement. These images are stored in encrypted form and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data solely to:
- confirm your booking
- arrange vehicle handover
- send service-related communications (booking confirmation, reminders, and receipts)
- respond to your questions and provide customer support
We never sell or share your personal data with advertisers, and we do not use your information for profiling purposes.

You may export all personal data we hold about you from your account at any time, and you may permanently delete your account whenever you wish.
Information relating to completed bookings may be retained only in anonymised form where required to comply with applicable accounting and legal obligations.
