Terms of Service
These Terms govern the rental of any vehicle from YVNCAR. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. About these Terms
YVNCAR is a boutique car rental company operating in Yerevan, Armenia. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the Renter) and YVNCAR for each booking made through yvncar.am.
2. Who Can Rent
To rent a vehicle, you must:
- be at least 21 years old
- hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years
- present a passport or national ID card at the time of vehicle pickup
We accept foreign and international driving licences.
If we are unable to verify the submitted documents, YVNCAR reserves the right to decline the booking at its sole discretion.
3. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after YVNCAR confirms it within one hour via email or WhatsApp.
Until confirmation, the requested dates are held but are not guaranteed.
All prices are quoted per day in Armenian Dram (AMD).
The price displayed at the time of booking is the final price you will pay.
4. Use of the Vehicle
You agree to drive the vehicle yourself or allow only the persons listed in the rental agreement to operate it.
The vehicle may not leave the territory of the Republic of Armenia without prior written consent from YVNCAR.
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level recorded at the time of pickup.
5. Damage, Fines and Liability
The Renter is responsible for all traffic fines, toll charges and parking fees incurred during the rental period.
Any damage not covered by insurance is the Renter's responsibility up to the agreed deposit amount.
Before withholding any amount from the deposit, YVNCAR will provide a detailed breakdown by email.
